If You Are Entering Into This Agreement On Behalf Of A Company Or Other Legal Entity, You Represent That You Have The Authority To Bind Such Entity To These Terms And Conditions And That You Do Hereby Bind Such Entity To These Terms And Conditions. If You Do Not Have Such Authority, Or If You Do Not Agree With All Of These Terms And Conditions, Then You Must Not Accept This Agreement And May Not Access Or Use The Service.

Purchasing Terms

Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Availability of products may vary and is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders are only confirmed after payment is processed and an acknowledgment is sent via email or SMS.

Receiving Materials

Delivery and Pickup

  • Deliveries are scheduled based on the availability of our trucks and confirmation of the order.
  • Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the delivery location. We are not liable for delays or complications caused by inaccessible delivery sites.

Inspection of Materials

  • All materials must be inspected upon receipt.
  • Any visible damage, defects, or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Liability After Delivery

  • Once materials are delivered or picked up, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Returns

Eligibility

  • Only unopened, undamaged, and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

Return Process

  • Returns must be pre-approved. Contact us at info@paversupplywarehouse.com or call 727-524-6561 to initiate a return.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranties

Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • We honor all manufacturer warranties on products sold. Warranty claims must follow all of our warranty processes. Please email info@paversupplywarehouse.com to obtain the warranty specific to your product.

Warranty Limitations

  • The Company provides no warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, or neglect.

Opt-Out

Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays in message delivery or issues related to carrier networks.

Dispute Resolution
